The design project of this two-room apartment was developed for a married couple with a child. The designer was tasked with designing a functional interior with a separate bedroom for the couple, a sitting area, a reception area, and a private room for his daughter. Based on this, it was proposed to divide one room by a partition and zone it into a full-fledged small bedroom and living room. The partition is selected with glass that lets in sunlight, but completely closes the view.
The concept of the interior was developed in the neoclassical style, which unites the interests of all family members. This is a modern interpretation of the traditional interior, meeting its main principles: symmetry, restrained colors and natural materials.
For the design of the hallway and kitchen, a soft color scheme was chosen from a combination of mocha and warm gray shades, which perfectly complements the porcelain stoneware with imitation white marble. The velvety texture of the rock creates a noble atmosphere in this room, and the delicate pastel shades allow you to visually expand the boundaries. Under the granite is laid a warm floor for comfortable movement on it, which also serves as an independent source of heating in the room. The kitchen itself is equipped with the latest technology, very spacious and comfortable, with plenty of storage space.
In the bedroom-living room, the walls were decorated with Italian wallpaper with a classic stripe pattern and an accent wall and frames of moldings painted in a pastel gray-blue shade. On the floor there is a large-format laminate in the noble color beige oak. The highlight of the interior of the bedroom-living room is undoubtedly a two-level stretch ceiling with decorative and at the same time functional LED lighting. Another decorative accent in the room is a custom-made picture-diptych in the Resin Art technique with crystals combined with a crystal chandelier on the ceiling and a sconce above the dressing table.
For the room of a teenage girl, a warm beige color scheme was selected with the addition of a pink shade in the textiles, as well as golden elements. The room has a comfortable workplace and a spacious wardrobe, made according to an individual sketch of the designer. Above the headboard of the bed there is a beautiful decor in the form of flying golden birds, from which the hostess of the room was delighted.
The selection of textiles in the interior was also paid attention to. Panoramic windows from the developer are always a gift for residents, because such windows make the room visually wider and more spacious thanks to the light. But there is also a downside: such rooms heat up too quickly, so the designer provided blackout curtains on the hidden cornice.
In the bathroom and bathroom for finishing, collections of onyx and marble from Russian manufacturers were selected. In the bathroom there is a comfortable shower with a glass fence and a hidden ladder for draining water. There is a shower head with a rain shower that works in different modes. The cabinet with a sink is suspended, inside there are spacious drawers. Above the cabinet is a large illuminated mirror, which is activated by a touch sensor.
